Pre-Construction Planning and Pricing
Before a hammer is swung, there is a lot of work to do. Let us work with you to engage the right professionals, including designers, engineers, and HAZMAT specialists, to expertly navigate the requirements involved in obtaining the necessary permits for your project. Working with us from the start can help avoid costly mistakes and time consuming revisions made throughout the planning process, and we are happy to help! During this phase, we will discuss various pricing options, a full set of detailed plans, specifications and permits required to start the construction phase of your project off on the right foot.
Construction
We’ll start by protecting the non-renovated area of your home, including covering floors, setting up dust containment areas, moving furniture, and ensuring that everything is safe and secure. Throughout your project, we pride ourselves on keeping our jobs clean, organized, and on-time, providing constant communication, transparent invoices, and excellent customer service.
Post-Construction Cleaning and Follow-up
Once the dust has quite literally settled, we work with professional cleaners to make your house shine, take care of any finishing touches, and provide a 3 month follow up to make sure everything is working as it should.
